Bob Main joined the Company in September 2005 to develop a brand for the Company's national referral network and to expand this service within the optical industry.

Brian Bethers, President of 1-800 CONTACTS, commented, "Bob is helping us expand our national optical provider network for contact lens exam referrals. He has created a plan to brand our referral network as ProNet (National Provider Network). Our referral service and retail partnerships will report directly to Bob, who has assembled a department to help us provide a seamless experience for customers who are new to wearing contacts and for customers who may not have a current contact lens prescription."

Bob is an industry veteran with over 30 years experience in various roles within the optical industry. Before joining 1-800 CONTACTS, Bob was the CEO for H Rubin Vision and Laser Eye Centers based in South Carolina. Prior to that, Mr. Main served as a Director of Operations for a division of Lenscrafters, and he has served as a Director of Technical Services for Eye Care Centers of America. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Ophthalmic Optics. Mr. Main has been a consultant for many private optometric practices and retail chains. He has lectured internationally and is a national committee member for Prevent Blindness America and on the Advisory Education Committee for Vision Expo International.

"I am excited about this opportunity at 1-800 CONTACTS. I have come to realize that 1-800 CONTACTS has tremendous value to offer the optical industry. ProNet will be a bridge between 1-800 CONTACTS and the OD and Retail Optical community. I am anxious to expand our relationships with others in the optical industry," said Bob Main.

1-800 CONTACTS offers consumers an attractive alternative for obtaining replacement contact lenses in terms of convenience, price and speed of delivery. Through its easy-to-remember, toll-free telephone number, "1-800 CONTACTS" (1-800-266-8228), and its Internet web site, http://www.1800contacts.com, the Company sells almost all of the popular brands of contact lenses. 1-800 CONTACTS offers products at competitive prices, while delivering a high level of customer service.
