Serving as executive advisor to a number of technology companies, Ancona has over 25 years of software and services business experience with a proven track record in building software companies and marketing enterprise software. Most recently, Ancona was president and COO of Pegasystems, a leader in rules-driven business process management software.

About Henry Ancona

A seasoned technology executive, Ancona has served on the Board of Directors and has been an advisor and mentor to a number of technology companies including: Sentillion, Inc., a provider of security software for healthcare companies; OneSource Information Services, an information services company acquired by InfoUSA Inc.; Inframetrics, an infrared technology provider acquired by Flir, Inc.; and Computervision. Most recently, Ancona was president and COO of Pegasystems where he built the company into a leading rules-based business process management software provider. Prior to Pegasystems, he was chairman and CEO of Evidian a global company specializing in security and network management software. During his tenure at Polaroid Corporation, Ancona led the digital imaging business as general manager and executive vice president; and served as president of the commercial imaging division. Ancona started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation where he held executive and general management positions, including leadership of the company's office and applications software business. With a BS in electrical engineering and an MS in computer science from MIT, Ancona also holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
