Imaging3's CEO Emphasizes Existing Cash Flow Business and Growing $8 Billion Market for the Company's New Dominion 3D Imaging Device at Equities Magaz

29 June 2006

Imaging3(tm), Inc, (OTCBB:IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, today reports that the company's CEO, Dean Janes, has recently returned from New York City where he was invited to present to investors and money managers at a conference sponsored by Equities Magazine.

Mr. Janes' presentation laid out the rationale for investing in Imaging3 and why now is the time to put money to work in the shares of the company. Emphasizing that the medical imaging device marketplace is an $8 billion marketplace -- and growing at 12% per year -- Imaging3 was singled out as a very promising developing company.

Especially attractive to investors is the fact that while the company is completing development and deployment of its flagship Dominion(tm) real-time 3D imaging product, Imaging3 also has an existing business division that is cash flow positive and able to offset the burn rate associated with bringing the Dominion to market. The existing division, which refurbishes and sells C-arms (a two-dimensional type of medical imaging device) is going strong and has been in existence since 1993.

This brick and mortar element of the business is able to provide the on-going cash flow needs to complete the prototype Dominion product and get it into beta stage where it is being sought after by two of the country's large university hospitals in southern California.

The universities are hoping to avail themselves of the Dominion's breakthrough technology which they expect will usher in radical changes to the way medical care is practiced in their institutions. The ability to have real time 3D imaging capability in a single device will allow the use of imaging in inter-operative and in post-operative procedures. This heretofore unavailable capability will provide a product for the medical community that will increase throughput and provide the medical teams with greater accuracy during medical procedures.

"We are providing a better product at a better price," concluded Mr. Janes.
