Medisys Health Group Income Fund (TSX: MHG.UN) (the "Fund"), one of Canada's leading national providers of healthcare services to corporations and insurance companies, today announced that it has closed the previously announced medical imaging acquisitions of Niagara Diagnostic Imaging Centre Inc. and Clinique Imatech Inc.

Together, these two organizations generated approximately $3.2 million in revenues and $0.7 million in EBITDA in their most recent fiscal years. The acquisitions are expected to be immediately accretive to the Fund's cash available for distribution.

Medisys' Medical Imaging division offers a comprehensive range of medical imaging services - including conventional x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine and bone mineral densitometry in Ontario and the latest Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine and Computerized Axial Tomography (CT) in Quebec.
