MoneyFlow Systems International Inc. Announces New Digital Video Surveillance System

13 February 2005

Hal Schultz, President of MoneyFlow Systems International Inc. ("MoneyFlow") (OTC BB: MFLW), announced today, that the Company is introducing a new high quality, high speed, digital surveillance system recorder based on the Linux operating system. The Linux embedded system simplifies the installation and activation of the system as well as providing a system that is not prone to viruses and other malicious attacks via the Internet, as can be the case with some other operations systems.

Another major consideration of the Company in choosing Linux to make available its networked, remote enabled systems was the fact that networking support in Linux is advanced and superior to most other Operating Systems. The ability for clients to access their surveillance equipment via remote Internet connections is a crucial aspect of the overall product appeal. The people developing Linux collaborated and used the Internet for their development efforts and networking support came early in Linux development. As an Internet server, Linux is a very good choice, often outperforming Windows NT, Novell and most UNIX systems on the same hardware (even multiprocessor boxes). Linux is frequently chosen by leading businesses for superior server and network performance.

"This choice also allows us to pass along further cost benefits to our customers, since the cost of inventory and servicing have been greatly reduced due to the elimination of 8, 12, and 16 channel cards, and the ability of the system software to automatically recognize the installation of additional cards," added, Mr. Schultz. "This is for us and we think for our industry customers, a major technological advance. Further, the introduction of this new technology should see sales in our security surveillance division increase significantly," he concluded.

MoneyFlow Systems International Inc., a Nevada corporation, is in the business of providing electronic financial transaction products and services through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiaries, Security Bancorp Inc., and employs CA$H STATION® as its Branded and registered trademark.
