Motorola Brings Photos Out of the Phone and Into Your World

Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT), a global leader in wireless communications, today announced a
cohesive set of solutions allowing consumers to create and share everyday experiences and memories with ease and convenience. Four new handsets, the Motorola V557, V280, V1050 and V1150, and compelling applications and alliances in mobile imaging, printing and editing seamlessly deliver a mobile multimedia environment in your home, office, or out in the world.

The Camera In Your Hand
Motorola's latest VGA, one, two and three mega-pixel camera-enabled handsets possess a variety of connectivity options to create and share experiences with still photos, action-packed videos and more. The portfolio includes:

-- The newest VGA camera phone with Bluetooth(R)* wireless technology and
EDGE (Enhanced Data Global Evolution)* technology is the Motorola
V557. This sleek clamshell device delivers a compelling create and
share experience with a twist. The Motorola V557 will be the first
handset to debut SCREEN3* technology solution, Motorola's new personal
mobile portal service, providing uninterrupted access to information,
entertainment and more. A Push-to-Talk over Cellular ("PoC")** version
of the V557 will be available in the near future.

-- Leveraging the elegant look and feel of the SLVR family, the new
Motorola SLVR V280 offers an array of tools for self-expression at an
affordable price, including a VGA digital camera with 4x zoom, video
capture and playback, and photo album creation tools. PoC**,
Bluetooth* technology and advanced messaging*.

-- Creating a mobile cinema experience, the new 3G Motorola V1050
(showcased this week at CeBit in Hannover) offers the ability to view
music videos and movies on the go, along with a 1.23 megapixel camera,
2-way video calling* and Bluetooth* technology.

-- Supremely slim, the new 3G Motorola V1150 (also showcased this week at
CeBit) delivers a plethora of impressive multimedia tools including a
2 megapixel camera, real-time 2-way video calling*, still and moving
image capture and editing and ample storage. This flip phone also
offers Motorola's new SCREEN3* technology solution for a streaming
ticker of personalized news and entertainment information.

-- Other recently announced camera-enabled handsets include the Motorola
V635, delivering a 1.23 megapixel camera coupled with the speed of
EDGE* for quick and easy sharing, the Motorola 3G E1060 also featuring
a 1.23 megapixel camera for still photography and video capture, the
new A1010 with a 2 megapixel camera, and the 3G powered Motorola E1120
touting a 3 megapixel camera with a full, horizontal landscape
display.
